The East Metro Water Resource Education Program (EMWREP) is a partnership of 30 local units of government, hosted by the WCD. Our goal is to educate community residents, businesses, staff and decision-makers about issues affecting local lakes, rivers, streams, wetlands and groundwater resources and to engage people in projects to protect and improve the health of these water resources.
